I recognize that Sandy did unbelievable damage to the PATH system.  I also know you are trying your best to get things back to normal  But your communications especially this week is horrific.  You get an F in communications!!

On two occasions this week communications between PATH and riders was horrific.

Tuesday Morning (1/22) there was a problem with the lift bridge at Hackensack.  No service for over 1 hour.  No cross honoring, plus hundreds of folks stuck on a PATH train just outside of NWK.  Scant communications. Why not move train into Harrison, to assist passengers?  

Thursday (1/24) 5 45 pm breakdown in EX PL. WTC was overcrowd, to a dangerous point. Again scant communications. I was on track 5 train waiting 30 minutes when I exited and left for NY Penn. Only 2 messages from conductor that there was a delay. We deserve better! Station was way too crowded for safety of public. No police officers; no staff on platform. You can and should do better. Wake up before someone gets hurt!
